Listening & Understanding
I listen carefully to understand your needs and challenges. When designing a custom Notion workspace, we'll do workshops together to understand your goals and current blockers, followed by an in-depth questionnaire to understand how you work.
Audit & Analysis
I audit your current work system (Notion, notebooks, tools, methods, etc.) and identify friction points, tasks that could be optimized, and automation opportunities. We'll go into more or less detail depending on the selected offer.
UX Design & Psychology Principles
I design your custom workspace and provide improvement recommendations based on UX principles (information architecture, intuitive navigation, cognitive load reduction, etc.) while respecting cognitive and psychological biases.
Co-creation & Adjustments
